Ticket Return & Exchange
Tickets can be returned for a Credit Voucher valid for a year or can be exchanged for another performance if they are received by the Ticket Office 48 hours before the performance. This service is offered to the original purchaser of the tickets only and there is an administration fee of £1 per ticket. Occasionally this service may not be available.
Ticket Replacement
Should duplicates tickets be needed, please contact the Ticket Office on 08703 800 400. Duplicate tickets cannot be sent out in advance and must be collected in person up to 1 hour before a performance.
Change of Programme/Event
We will contact you if there is a major change to your chosen performance by email, letter or telephone.
Latecomers & Re-admission
To ensure that other audience members are not disturbed, latecomers admission cannot be guaranteed, although it is offered when ever possible this service may not be available.
